Shipping Policy
Thanks so much for supporting our small business. We put care into every order and truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we get your items out the door and into your hands.
Processing Times
We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way. If your selected shipping method includes tracking, we’ll include that too.
During busy seasons, or if we’re managing higher volumes, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship across Canada and the United States, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the method you choose.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Canada: 2–7 business days

USA: 5–10 business days for premium shipping options, longer for air mail/regular mail.
Some lower-cost shipping options do not include tracking. If tracking or delivery confirmation is important to you, please select a method that includes it at checkout.
U.S. & International Orders – Customs, Duties & Import Fees
If you're ordering from the U.S. or another country outside Canada, your package may be subject to import fees (customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees). These are charged by your local government and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. All import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We have no control over these fees and are not able to estimate them — your local customs office is the best source of info.
If you choose not to pay these charges and refuse delivery, your order will be abandoned by the delivery company and no refund will be processed.
Lost or Missing Packages
As a small shop, we aren’t able to absorb shipping losses the way big retailers can — thank you for understanding.
Once an order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping provider. If your package is delayed, lost, or not delivered, we’re not able to offer refunds or replacements, regardless of tracking status. In these cases, the recipient is responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
That said, we’re happy to help however we can — we’ll do our best to provide you with any documentation or shipment details required to support your claim.
We always recommend choosing a tracked shipping method for peace of mind and added protection.
Please also double-check your shipping address before submitting your order — we can’t be responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, we want to make it right. Please reach out to us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery with photos and a quick description, and we’ll follow up promptly.
