2019 Winnipeg Ice Fishing Show

Last year, we were very excited to be part of Winnipeg’s first Ice Fishing Show hosted by Kickerfish (Eric Labaupa and his amazing team). We had a blast, made a lot of great friends, and made some awesome connections with fishing pros and other experts in the local fishing/guiding scene. You Can Learn To Be Outdoorsy!

On May 31st, 2019, we were invited to teach the "Outdoor Mechanics" course at the Becoming an Outdoorswoman weekend, hosted by the Manitoba Wildlife Federation. We were really excited to participate and share the experience we've gained since we started Recreation Revolution just over a year ago. The MWF felt it must have been a good fit for us to be there since we clearly have some experience working on some small engines, and we've learned a lot through feedback from our customers, and by servicing our own machines! Manitoba Ice Fishing Tournaments & Derbies

The ice is well formed on most rivers and lakes, which means ice fishing is in full swing. That means tournaments and derbies are gearing up! Ice fishing derbies are a great way to spend time with friends and family, while getting a chance to win some BIG PRIZES. Recreation Revolution was at the Falcon Winter Fish Off Last year where we saw someone walk away with a $60,000 boat Alumacraft boat, just for catching the "mystery weight" of 1.66lbs.
